In addition to personal training san antonio, we have been changing lives in our community for the better through our martial arts program. We have been a part of the community since 2006 doing martial arts training and producing over 25 black belts through our style of American Taekwondo. People that start with us are sometimes timid and weak, and leave confident and strong after a short period of time. Martial arts has proven time and time again to improve confidence, discipline, respect, and strength in both children and adults.

If you prefer to workout with a community of friends, we have more options than just personal training san antonio. Our very popular group HIIT workouts are a huge hit! No pun intended. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Essentially these workouts consists of five rounds of six minutes each with every minute switching off between two exercises for thirty seconds each. They are short bursts of high intensity exercises. It is an incredibly fun way to work out if you have found yourself bored in the gym wandering around by yourself. High Intensity Interval Training has become a wildly popular method of working out and has proven to provide amazing results in a very short period of time. We hold these HIIT sessions every day so we will find a time that works for you so you can discover a more fun way to work out!

Who we are
Our martial arts and personal training san antonio journey began in 2003 when our founder and owner, Ginger Torvik, decided to take the six youngest of her seven children to a homeschool co-op where a taekwondo class was being held. The family fell in love with this activity and poured the next few years of their lives into perfecting the art and getting black belts. Now, five of those six children, including Ginger Torvik, are black belts and the two youngest, Matthew and Derrick Torvik, are currently running the taekwondo academy and personal training san antonio. Their journey into fitness and personal training began as they got older and got serious about their own fitness journeys. This passion naturally started to spill out into others as they continued and they realized they had something special here that people needed. So they began training others in health and fitness and have successfully helped so many people achieve their goals by showing the type of genuine care that people need and top notch fitness training.
Consultation: during this part of the process you will come meet us for a short consultation so we can hear all about your goals and what you want to accomplish so we can come up with a game plan for you. You will also get a full tour of our facility so you feel comfortable with where you will be training.
Training: Next is the part you came here for! Once we have a game plan, we will schedule your first workout and decide how many times you should come in to accomplish your goals. Only thing left to do is show up ready to work and leave the excuses at home.
